This policy explains how ISP Management Pro handles personal information when you visit this website or use the ISP Management Pro web dashboard and Android app.
ISP Management Pro is used by internet service providers ("operators") to manage their own subscribers. For subscriber records that an operator enters, that operator decides what is collected and why, and ISP Management Pro processes that information on the operator's behalf.
2. Information we handle
Account information: the name, email address, phone number and business details you provide when an account is created, and the role you are given within a business.
Business records: customer, package, invoice, payment and expense records that operators enter into the service.
Technical information: information needed to operate and secure the service, such as IP address, browser type, and logs of sign-in and sensitive actions.
Contact enquiries: if you email us through the contact page, we receive the details you choose to include in that email.
3. How information is used
To provide the service: signing you in, showing your business's records, and keeping the web dashboard and the Android app consistent.
To keep the service secure: preventing unauthorised access, keeping each business's data separate, and investigating misuse.
To communicate with you about your account, support requests and important changes to the service.
We do not sell personal information.
4. Cookies and local storage
The website uses a cookie to remember your language choice and browser storage to remember your light or dark theme. Once sign-in is enabled, a secure session cookie will be used to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
5. Sharing
Information is shared only with people authorised within your business, with service providers that host or operate the service on our behalf, or where required by law.
6. Retention and deletion
Business records are kept while the operator's account is active and as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. Operators can contact us to request export or deletion of their business data, subject to those obligations.
7. Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information. Subscribers of an ISP should contact that ISP first, since it controls their records. You can also reach us through the contact page.
