1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the ISP Management Pro website, web dashboard and Android app (together, the "service"). By using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the business you represent.
2. Accounts and businesses
You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details confidential. Business administrators are responsible for who they invite and the roles they assign. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Your data
Operators own the business records they enter. You confirm that you have the right to enter subscriber information into the service and that you will handle it in line with applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another business's data, interfere with the service, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or use it for unlawful purposes.
5. Billing records and payments
The service helps you record invoices and payments. It does not by itself move money unless a payment integration is explicitly enabled for your business. You remain responsible for checking your financial records and for your tax and accounting obligations.
6. Network integrations
Router, hotspot and similar features depend on integrations with equipment you control. You are responsible for the configuration of your network equipment and for the credentials you provide for any integration.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
8. Fees
Fees, if any, are agreed with you separately for your plan. Unpaid fees may lead to suspension of access after notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
